1. When a roof leaks the problem can be worse than waterspots on the ceiling.  The wood underneath can soak up the leaking water and rot.  The wood gets weaker and will eventually loose strength enough to break.
2. A leak is easy to spot when you start getting water spots on your ceiling.  Before that happens you should be inspecting your roof.  Go out a couple of times a year and give it a good look.  If you have binoculars that’s even better.  Look for cracked or missing roofing tiles.

Your roof is one of the most important parts of your home.  It protects everything from the elements, without it water damage.  Even health problems can come of it because moisture facilitates mold and fungus growth that can cause respiratory and other health problems.  These things can be harmful to anyone especially young children.   Mold is even known to trigger chronic fatigue syndrome so don’t take it lightly.
4.
